Cancellation policy
How much
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 6 hours in advance: 30% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 6 hours in advance: 50% cancellation fee.
How to
You would've got a confirmation email , title "Appointment Confirmation" . Click on the button "Reschedule or Cancel", and finally Cancel on the web page.

Safety policy
Clean and Safe Environment
Prior to the service, please ensure that the designated area is clean and free of clutter to ensure a safe and efficient experience.
Artist's safety
​For the safety and well-being of our service providers, please refrain from engaging in any behavior that may pose a risk to their safety during the appointment.
Rescheduling for safety
​In the event that the service provider deems the environment unsafe upon arrival, they reserve the right to reschedule the appointment for the safety of everyone involved.
Pet Safety
If there are pets in the vicinity, kindly leash or contain them in a separate room during the service. This is to ensure the safety of both the service provider and the pets.
Limited Presence
Out of respect for the service provider and to maintain a focused and secure environment, please ensure that only the person receiving the service is present in the designated area during the appointment.
